Most new businesses start up in the owner's home. Only 21% of those initially employ someone besides themselves. How can the other 79% be in two places at once.
Nearly all new businesses need help with general day to day tasks such as credit control, administration and call handling but most don't have the demand to employ a full time member of staff to help them. This results in long working hours and work often taking over home life.
The Agency are a small, friendly company based in Birmingham. Our partners come from a variety of backgrounds, including housing and transport. It was apparent to us, and to our business contacts, that whatever the business you are involved in, when you are starting up and trying to grow, one pair of hands just isn't enough.
That's why we decided to set up The Agency. The Agency is there to be the employee that you need without the costs and hassle of actually hiring someone.
